Announcements:

• "Divergence and Curl" ""WeBWorK deadline extended for all students. Effective preparation for the exam is more likely to come from the sample questions.
• Some WeBWorK deadlines extended for all students.
• Exam coming up, March 31st.
• If the sample exam questions on Brightspace are not enough, there are many old departmental final exams for Math 392 here which include questions on line and surface integrals.
• Some sample exam questions posted in Brightspace under "Content"". A reasonable place to ask and answer questions about those are our Brightspace forums.
• A handout on symmetry and multiple integrals is here.
• The WeBWorK assignment on surface integrals includes some flux integrals, which we have not described in lecture yet. So that homework deadline is extended, but you should be able to complete the problems not involving the flux of a vector field with what you already know.

• The process for CCNY students to get Mathematica is described here. The CUNY site license allows free student use of the full version.
• The Brightspace quizzes should be available and there are three (easy) quizzes due Feb 10th.
• WeBWork page is at this link, first assignments due Feb 10th. For WeBWorK, your login is just the part of your CCNY email before the @ and the password is the same as your CCNY email.
• The plan is to meet in NAC 1/511E, the room to the right as you enter the Artino Lab.
• There are two straightforward quizzes on Blackboard which should be completed by Feb 3rd at 9am.
• Students enrolled in the course should have gotten a Welcome email on Jan 21st. If you are enrolled but did not get an email, make sure your CUNY First and Brightspace emails are set up properly.

• The Math 390 course continues where Math 213 leaves off with Vector Analysis. If you found Math 213 enjoyable, particularly the vector field and line integral sections, you are likely to find 390 a good choice.
• If you took Math 213 before Fall 2022, or took Math 392 ever, you will not get credit for 390.
